How to extract email candidates

Create a clean list

  1. Paste text you already have permission to use.
  2. Choose duplicate removal and lowercase behavior.
  3. Select Extract emails.
  4. Review the candidates and copy the line-by-line list.

Matching and duplicate rules

The matcher recognizes common local parts, plus tags, subdomains and ordinary domain labels. Sentence punctuation after an address is not included.

Duplicate removal compares addresses without case, even when original case is preserved. Turning on lowercase also changes the displayed output.

Important limits

  • This is a practical matcher, not complete support for every RFC-valid mailbox syntax. Display names, comments, quoted local parts and address literals may not match.
  • A match does not prove that a mailbox exists, accepts delivery or belongs to the intended person. No validation API, web scraping, sending or contacting is performed.

Email extractor FAQ

Does it verify that an address exists?

No. It only identifies text shaped like a common email address.

Are plus tags supported?

Yes. Addresses such as name+orders@example.com are included.

Does it search the internet?
