How to make an email signature
Enter the name you want recipients to see, then add only the job, company and contact details you actually want to share. Select Generate signature to create the preview and HTML. Choose Copy formatted signature for a normal signature editor, or Copy HTML when the editor explicitly accepts source code.
Check the pasted result
Paste into the signature settings of the email app you use, send yourself a test message, and check it on desktop and mobile. Email clients sanitize and restyle HTML differently, so the preview is a starting point rather than a delivery guarantee.
Privacy and limits
The values stay in this page and are not saved or sent by this feature. There is no logo upload because a local image path would not remain available to recipients. This is a fixed template, not AI writing, email sending, signature hosting, tracking, or contact storage.
