How to use

Formula

Person-hours = attendees × duration in hours. A 30-minute meeting is 0.5 hour for each attendee.

Total cost = person-hours × hourly rate per person. The currency label is displayed only and is never converted.

Examples

Six-person planning meeting

Six people for 45 minutes use 4.5 person-hours. At 40 per person-hour, direct time cost is 180.

Short check-in

Four people for 15 minutes use 1 person-hour. At 55 per person-hour, the total is 55.

One person for one hour equals one person-hour; four people for 30 minutes equal two person-hours.

Should I use salary or loaded cost?
